Maintenance Work Schedule

  • Weekdays are from Monday to Thursday [9 AM-3 PM]
  • Weekends are from Saturday to Sunday [9 AM-3 PM]
  • If you find a maintenance sticker on your door, it means
    we came and the door was not opened. 

Maintenance Terms & Conditions

  • All Approved Request will be attended to within 1 to 2 weeks
  • Off AC requests will be attended to 36 hours and Not Cooling within 72 hours.
  • If any replacement parts are required to fix AC, all expenses are the tenant’s responsibility.
